Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PORTABLE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE EVALUATION USING ADAPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FATIGUE PREDICTION, BIOMECHANICAL INTELLIGENCE, AND PERSONALIZED TRAINING OPTIMIZATION A portable athletic performance evaluation system and method is disclosed. The system includes a multi-sensor athletic data acquisition module configured to collect physiological, biomechanical, environmental and cognitive performance information associated with an athlete. The processor operatively coupled to the memory processes the acquired information with a neuromuscular fatigue prediction engine, a biomechanical intelligence module, an environmental adaptation assessment module, a recovery readiness assessment module, an injury risk forecasting module, an athlete physiology modeling module, a cognitive-motor synchronization assessment module, and a personalized training optimization module. Through the identification of fatigue progression patterns, movement efficiency evaluation, injury risk forecasting, recovery readiness quantification, environmental influence assessment, and generation of adaptive physiological models, the processor generates athlete-specific performance intelligence. The outputs from the analytical modules are blended to create a Athlete Readiness Index and a Dynamic Performance Adaptation Score. The system also provides explainable insights into performance, predictive alerts and personalized training recommendations to improve athletic performance, recovery management, injury prevention and decision-making accuracy.
