Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR QUANTUM MULTI-MEASUREMENT IMAGE RECONSTRUCTION FOR LOW-LIGHT IMAGE ENHANCEMENT AND ADAPTIVE DENOISING The present disclosure provides a system and method for quantum multi-measurement image reconstruction for enhancing low-light images and adaptively denoising images. The system obtains a low-light image and creates a quantum image that comprises the intensity, texture, color, illumination, and noise of the image. The entanglement correlation system creates relationships between various image portions for uncovering hidden visual features and dependencies of the image structure. The quantum noise characterization system creates adaptive noise signatures for different patterns of image degradation. The multi-measurement reconstruction control system takes multiple measurements for creating several reconstruction hypotheses for reconstructing an image from its low-light version. The quantum confidence estimation system determines the confidence of each reconstruction hypothesis and produces confidence matrices for detecting the reliable parts of the image. The adaptive feedback optimization system optimizes measurement parameters for improving reconstruction quality. The confidence guided enhancement system enhances the image while suppressing the noise components. The edge and detail recovery system restores image structure and hidden image details.
