The system (100) comprises a processor (102), a memory (104), and an input interface (106) configured to receive encoded or obfuscated digital data. The processor (102) implements a structural fingerprinting unit (102a), a probabilistic inference unit (102b), a recursive decoding unit (102c), an entropy evaluation unit (102d), a semantic validation unit (102e), and a branch control unit (102f) configured to perform controlled recursive decoding, entropy evaluation, semantic validation, and branch management for generating ranked decoded outputs associated with multi-layer decoding paths of the encoded or obfuscated digital content.
