Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Based Land Surveying and Civil Infrastructure Planning Using Geospatial Data Analytics This disclosure provides an AI based adaptive land surveying and civil infrastructure planning system and method using geospatial data analytics. The system acquires multi-source geospatial data from satellite imagery, UAV-based LiDAR systems and IoT-enabled ground sensors, and performs preprocessing such as noise filtering and normalization. A self-calibration and sensor integrity routine detects anomalies and compensates for inconsistencies in the data. The system employs a trust-weighted data fusion technique to create a high confidence terrain model and build a real-time geospatial digital twin of the surveyed land. Simulation models guided by physics are run to test the feasibility of the infrastructure based on soil, hydrological and structural parameters. Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms are used for predictive planning and risk assessment, and reinforcement learning is used to optimize survey operations. A regulatory compliance engine ensures adherence to applicable laws, and a blockchain-based module secures the land records. The system provides accurate, reliable and efficient decision support for infrastructure development.
