The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: [070] A system and method for AI-based personalized pharmacogenomic drug therapy are disclosed. The system acquires patient- specific genomic data, physiological data, medical history data, and drug response information from multiple clinical and digital sources. A pharmacogenomic profiling engine identifies genetic variants associated with drug metabolism, efficacy, toxicity, and therapeutic response. An artificial intelligence-based prediction module processes the identified variants using trained machine learning models to generate individualized drug selection recommendations, dosage optimization parameters, and adverse drug reaction risk scores. A therapy optimization module generates personalized treatment regimens by correlating the recommendations with therapeutic guidelines and patient-specific clinical conditions. A continuous learning module updates the predictive models using real-time treatment outcomes and patient feedback data. The disclosed system enables adaptive and patient-specific drug therapy, thereby improving therapeutic efficacy, minimizing adverse drug reactions, and supporting precision medicine-based clinical decision- making.
