A user interface module (101) and a configuration module (102) receive and store reporting configurations. A database module (103) fetches supervisory control and data acquisition data and identifies production batches or reporting intervals. A data processing module (104) performs data transformation and calculation of derived parameters. An Excel generation module (105) generates formatted Excel reports using predefined templates. A chart generation module (106) creates dynamic charts within generated Excel reports. A PDF conversion module (107) converts Excel reports into protected PDF documents.
