The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: A system for autonomous code refactoring using static-dynamic hybrid program analysis is disclosed. The system comprises at least one processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions executable by the processor. A static analysis module identifies structural patterns, dependencies, and code inefficiencies, while a dynamic analysis module obtains runtime behavior data including execution traces and performance metrics. A hybrid analysis engine correlates static and dynamic insights to identify and prioritize refactoring opportunities. A refactoring decision module selects transformation actions based on predefined or learned rules. A code transformation engine automatically modifies source code while preserving functional equivalence. A validation module verifies correctness by comparing runtime behavior of original and refactored code. An adaptive learning module updates transformation rules based on validation outcomes to improve future refactoring accuracy and efficiency.
