MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621000133 A) filed by Dave, Harsh Kalpeshkumar on January 01, 2026, for A System And Method For Autonomous Edge- Ai Based Real-Time Wildlife Intrusion Prevention With Species-Specific Behavioral Deterrence.

Inventor includes Dave, Harsh Kalpeshkumar.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTONOMOUS EDGE-AI BASED REAL-TIME WILDLIFE INTRUSION PREVENTION WITH SPECIES-SPECIFIC BEHAVIORAL DETERRENCE A novel system for autonomous wildlife management is disclosed, integrating an image sensing module configured for high-resolution visual capture under varying lighting conditions, including low-light and nighttime environments, and an edge-based inference processor configured to perform real-time or near real- time wildlife detection and classification. The system employs one or more artificial intelligence models selected from machine learning, deep learning, neural network-based, or custom hybrid architectures, together with a multi-frame validation mechanism to improve detection reliability and spatial accuracy. A species-aware decision engine processes validated detection data to assess threat levels and selectively activate tailored deterrence responses through a multi-modal deterrence subsystem comprising directional acoustic signaling and programmable illumination patterns. The system is further supported by a flexible power subsystem enabling continuous operation under diverse deployment conditions and is housed within a ruggedized, weather-resistant enclosure suitable for long-term outdoor installation. The disclosed system enables autonomous, non-intrusive wildlife intrusion management across residential, transportation, and public-area deployments without reliance on cloud connectivity.
