Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Bio-Intelligent Adaptive Spraying Using Real-Time Leaf Cuticle Analysis and Predictive Optimization The present invention pertains to a bio-intelligent adaptive spraying apparatus and technique, which is designed to adaptively adjust spray dynamics in response to biological leaf surface characteristics analysis conducted in real time. The invention consists of sensors and cameras for collecting multi-modal information related to leaf micro-topography, wax content, moisture, reflectivity, and environment. The artificial intelligence and machine learning system analyzes leaf surface cuticles in real time and conducts predictive modeling of cuticle penetration, thus calculating the effectiveness of chemical absorption. A micro-droplet impact dynamics simulation tool predicts droplet interactions, facilitating the exact regulation of droplet size, pressure, fluid speed, velocity, and spray angle. A bio-surface feedback loop controls the spray dynamics by analyzing post-spray droplet behavior. The invention includes a self-learning optimization system, multi-zone canopy mapping, and digital twin simulation, which facilitates adaptive and predictive spraying.
