The system receives structured person-signal records and optional evidence notes, including workload hours, meeting load, task switching, after-hours activity, missed deadlines, rework frequency, sentiment change, response delay, sleep or recovery indicators, leave balance, manager check-in signals, and uploaded contextual evidence. The system generates a standardized person-risk signal object, calculates cognitive overload score, behavioural drift score, recovery deficit score, evidence escalation score, burnout escalation risk score, and risk classification. The system further generates explainable reason codes indicating the drivers of risk and recommends preventive interventions such as workload redistribution, manager check-in, meeting load reduction, recovery scheduling, counselling referral, priority reset, escalation review, or monitoring. The invention enables early, explainable, and action-oriented prediction of cognitive burnout escalation before severe performance, health, attrition, or institutional disruption occurs.
