Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DECENTRALIZED LAND REGISTRATION The invention relates to blockchain- based land administration systems, and particularly to a system and method for decentralized land registration, ownership transfer, and ownership verification. A frontend decentralized application interface receives parcel metadata and land-related documents, while a wallet authentication and transaction signing layer signs transactions for execution on a blockchain network layer by a smart contract logic engine. A land parcel data structure module, indexed by a mapping-based indexing subsystem, stores a land identifier, current owner wallet address, document content identifier or hash, registration status, verification status, and parcel metadata. A decentralized document storage subsystem stores documents off-chain, and a content identifier generation module binds corresponding content identifiers to on-chain parcel records through a hybrid integration layer. Access control and authorization, ownership transfer control, blockchain data retrieval, event logging and audit, and quick response code generation collectively enable secure registration, transfer, history reconstruction, and authenticity verification of parcel-linked documents.
