Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DUAL-SPINDLE CNC-CONTROLLED 9-AXIS RING MACHINING A dual spindle CNC controlled 9 axis ring machining system operating in the field of precision machining is disclosed. The system features a central CNC control unit orchestrating nine servo motors to drive various axes including rotary, linear, and tilting movements. A dual spindle arrangement with a first spindle head (6.1) and a second spindle head (8.2) mounted on a modular boom structure (5.7) 180° apart enables machining of both visible and concealed surfaces. A fixture assembly including a base (1.1) with sectors (1.3) and hydraulically actuated clamps (1.2), coupled with an auto centering assembly employing reflective and distance sensors with hydraulic cylinders, ensures precise workpiece positioning. The system further integrates a rotary table (5.1) and a tool management assembly for cutter integration and air cooling, providing enhanced machining precision and operational efficiency. (
