The system constructs a directed dependency graph, calculates node exposure, edge influence intensity, bridge-node importance, incoming and outgoing propagation pressure, cascade risk score, and containment priority. The system further performs shock simulation to estimate downstream risk movement when a selected node becomes unstable and generates node-specific containment actions such as vendor isolation, regulatory checkpointing, public communication control, financial reconciliation, dependency rerouting, or community clarification. The invention enables explainable and preventive management of institutional influence cascades before operational, reputational, financial, or governance disruption spreads across the network.
