Abstract: This invention aims to design and implement a superior predictive model to diagnose Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) at an early stage, based on machine learning. The data is collected from the datasets which contain cases with the PCOS and those without it. The model training includes Cross Validation & Hyperparameters Tuning. The best performing model can be implemented as an instance of a Flask web application and this allows for live prediction of PCOS given data from the user. Constant supervision of the system, training the model on newly collected data, and adherence to legal frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA guarantees privacy and security to users and realistic predictions. It means that it helps to identify PCOS in the early stages which provides further improvements of its treatment and the course of patient’s condition.
