Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for explainable diabetes prediction and clinical decision support using hybrid deep learning and multi-source healthcare data analytics. The invention integrates heterogeneous healthcare data including electronic health records, laboratory reports, wearable sensor measurements, demographic information, lifestyle factors, and medical history. The collected data undergo preprocessing, multimodal feature fusion, and hybrid deep learning-based diabetes risk prediction. Explainable Artificial Intelligence techniques generate interpretable prediction explanations by identifying influential clinical parameters and confidence scores. The system further produces personalized clinical recommendations supporting diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive intervention, and patient monitoring. The invention improves prediction accuracy, transparency, reliability, scalability, and physician trust while facilitating intelligent healthcare decision-making across hospitals, diagnostic centers, telemedicine systems, and smart healthcare environments.
