A hybrid deep learning architecture comprising convolutional neural networks, bidirectional long short-term memory networks, attention mechanisms, and fully connected neural networks performs accurate diabetes prediction. Explainable Artificial Intelligence techniques including SHAP, LIME, integrated gradients, and attention visualization provide transparent interpretation of prediction results. A clinical decision support module generates personalized risk assessment, treatment recommendations, preventive strategies, and physician-assisted reports. Continuous learning mechanisms improve predictive performance using newly acquired healthcare data.
