Abstract: A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORMING A CLOSED LOOP STRUCTURE TO PRODUCE A CLOSED LOOP PRODUCT The present invention provides an automated loop knot-making system comprising at least one spool (102), a feeding unit (104), a fusing unit (106), a presser unit (108), and a control unit (112). The at least one spool(102) supply materials for the loop-making process, while the feeding unit (104) delivers a requiredlength of materials or strips for knotting. The fusing unit (106) forms a first lap joint (304) creating a stable base for knotting. The system positions an object (402) near the first lap joint (304) and adjusts material length to create a suitable gap. The presser unit (108) pushes the object (402) towards the first lap joint (304), tightly encircling the object(402) within the loop (308). A second lap joint (306) finalizes the loop to secure the object (402). The control unit (112) coordinates all operations, enabling high-speed and precise loop formation. FIG.1
