Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HARDWARE-INDEPENDENT OFFLINE DIGITAL SIGNATURE GENERATION ON A COMPUTING DEVICE The present disclosure relates to a secure decentralized digital signature and revocation management system (100) for offline transaction authorization across distributed computing devices. The system comprises a white-box threshold signing framework (102) that generates cryptographic signatures using fragmented key shares that remain absent from volatile memory during execution, thereby reducing key extraction vulnerabilities. The system includes a rollback- resistant authorization module (104) prevents replay or restoration of previously authorized states through monotonic state validation and cryptographic integrity enforcement. The disclosure additionally provides a conditional forensic identity disclosure module (106) reveals authenticated identity information upon detection of duplicate or conflicting transaction identifiers, thereby enabling traceability while preserving user anonymity during normal operation. Further, the system comprises geographically partitioned probabilistic membership filter shards (108) to store revoked transaction identifiers and facilitate decentralized propagation of revocation updates between neighboring computing devices through authenticated short-range wireless synchronization, version- controlled shard exchange, and cryptographically verified revocation delta updates.
