Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Identifying Manufacturing Defects in a Cell for a Battery Pack The present invention relates to a system and method for identifying manufacturing defects in a cell. The system (100) has a processor (130) configured to receive non-destructive test data of the cell and extract one or more parameters of the cell from the non-destructive test data. The processor (130) is further configured to analyze the one or more parameters through a pre-stored model generated based on a reference battery cell. The pre-stored model is configured to generate one or more thermal parameters pertaining to the cell. The processor (130) is further configured to determine one or more manufacturing defects in the cell, when the one or more thermal parameters are below a threshold value.
