Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for Integrated Electronic Health Record Analysis and Clinical Reporting The present disclosure relates to a system and method for conducting integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) analysis and adaptive clinical reporting through sophisticated computational methods. The system gets multi-modal healthcare data from different sources and uses a data ingestion and normalization module and a multi-modal data fusion engine to make a single dataset. A digital twin modeling engine makes a virtual model of a patient that can be used to simulate physiological conditions and predict how the disease will progress. A federated learning orchestration module makes it possible to train models across many healthcare systems while keeping patient data private. A clinical reasoning engine that uses explainable artificial intelligence makes diagnostic insights and risk assessments that can be understood. An adaptive clinical reporting engine makes personalized clinical reports on the fly by using contextual inputs and clinical guidelines. The audit module, which is based on blockchain technology, makes sure that records are safe and can't be changed. The system that was revealed makes diagnoses more accurate, protects data better, and lets clinical decision support happen in real time, on a large scale, and with smart features in a variety of healthcare settings.
