Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTELLIGENT CASE MANAGEMENT, LEGAL DIGITAL TWIN GENERATION AND EXPLAINABLE DECISION SUPPORT This disclosure describes a system and method for intelligent case management, legal digital twins generation, and explainable decision support. The system is fed with case-related information from various sources including legal documents, evidence records, witness statements, procedural filings, statutory materials and precedent databases. A legal digital twin generation module generates a dynamic digital twin of a case and updates the digital twin over time as new information is received. Multidimensional evidence correlation module identifies relations between evidentiary, factual, contextual and procedural information. A reliability evidence quantification module produces reliability indicators, and a contradiction detection module identifies contradictions between the case records. A compliance prediction module predicts compliance risks and deficiencies. It also provides legal knowledge graph generation, precedent similarity evaluation, litigation strategy optimization, procedural timeline simulation, and risk prediction.
