Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTELLIGENT CONSTRUCTION WATER QUALITY EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL RELIABILITY CERTIFICATION This invention relates to a system and methodology for intelligent assessment of construction water quality, intelligent conditioning of construction water, intelligent predictive simulation of concrete performance, and intelligent certification of structural reliability using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. This invention includes a set of sensing devices which continuously monitor the construction water quality by measuring various attributes such as pH, turbidity, conductivity, chloride content, sulfate content, and microorganism level. Intelligent predictive analytics based on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques analyses the monitored data and performs assessment of hydration behavior, compressive strength development, susceptibility to corrosion, cracking risk, and structural durability. A digital twin simulation system is employed to predict the behavior of concrete under various construction and environmental conditions, whereas a set of autonomous optimization algorithms is applied to perform chemical dosing, ionic balance, and decontamination of construction water. Finally, this invention enables intelligent certification of the construction process and its outcomes through blockchain-based creation of digital passports for construction water and infrastructure predictive reports.
