Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MICROGRAVITY PROPELLANT MANAGEMENT USING FLUID STABILITY PREDICTION AND ORIENTATION-RESPONSIVE PROPULSION CONTROL The invention relates to spacecraft propellant handling, and particularly to a system and method for microgravity propellant management using predictive fluid-state stabilization and adaptive orientation control. A microgravity-responsive propellant tank with internal stabilization structures, including capillary-guided channels, baffles, vanes, wettability-controlled surfaces, partitions, and vortex guide fins, cooperates with a propellant intake pathway having a central jet nozzle. A fluid state sensing subsystem generates fluid-state data, which is processed by a propellant distribution analysis module and an AI-based fluid stability prediction engine to estimate liquid-rich regions, gas-dominant regions, intake accessibility, slosh severity, and vortex probability. A fluid optimization engine evaluates candidate propulsion orientation states and extraction configurations, and an adaptive propulsion orientation system with an orientation actuation mechanism repositions the propulsion unit to align the central jet nozzle with a dynamically changing liquid-rich region. A stability evaluation mechanism validates reliable intake in closed-loop operation.
