Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SHEAR-STRENGTH-STABILIZED SOIL The present invention relates to a system and a method for closed-loop production of shear-strength-stabilized soil. A geotechnical characterization is performed on the native soil, in order to quantify particle-size distribution, cohesion, internal friction angle, peak shear strength, and residual shear strength. Geotechnical deficit vectors pertaining to cohesion, frictional skeleton, particle packing, and post-peak brittleness are constructed. Based on this, a dose vector for a multicomponent stabilizer which includes hydraulic mineral binder, reactive microfiller, mechanical interlock, and recycled industrial mineral by-product is selected. The multicomponent stabilizer is then added into the native soil and activating fluid mixture. The mixture is compacted and cured, and tested for shear strength afterwards. If the peak shear strength or residual-strength retention criteria are not met, modification is made to the phase associated with that deficit. The process repeats itself until both criteria are met.
