Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING COOLING TO CERVICAL PATIENTS The present invention provides system and method which maintains body temperature both indoors and outdoors, especially in the absence of electricity and fans. The system is designed with multiple purposes in mind, focusing on cervical patients because it is lightweight and provides good air circulation around the neck. The system consists of three main components which is neck belt (1), pillow (5) and 360-Degree Rotatable Terminal Pipes with fan (2). The cervical patients can use this neck belt along with 360-degree fan and pillow if needed during any time as per her equipment or cervical patients can use it only as neck belt, if not want to use pillow and fan. In this neck fan fragrance pocket (3) is embedded in the central pivot of the fan. This pocket can hold fragrant materials to enhance the user’s relaxation during use. It is easily accessible via a simple lid.
