Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for quantum-enhanced deep learning-based breast cancer prediction using multimodal clinical and imaging data. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a preprocessing module, an imaging feature extraction module, a clinical feature processing module, a multimodal fusion module, a quantum encoding module, a quantum-assisted learning module, and a prediction module. The imaging and clinical feature representations are combined into a unified feature vector and encoded into a parameterised quantum circuit. Measurement-derived quantum features are processed by a classical neural network to generate a breast cancer classification or risk score. An optimisation module trains the hybrid architecture using labelled data, while an optional explanation module provides feature-attribution information. The system supports execution using a quantum simulator or compatible quantum processing hardware and is intended to facilitate computational breast cancer risk assessment and clinical decision support.
