Abstract: A system and methodology are disclosed for real-time validation of electric vehicle charging station functionality and battery health assessment. The system deploys an independent verification beacon at each charging point, the beacon comprising a microcontroller, current sensor, voltage sensor, local display, LED status indicators and wireless communication for periodic transmission of measured electrical parameters to a cloud backend. The beacon continuously samples charger output to determine whether the station is working, offline or unstable and computes derived values including average current, voltage and power. The cloud platform ingests IoT readings together with authenticated user verifications, location evidence and station metadata to calculate a composite trust score and assign reliability badges. In parallel, the platform analyzes charging-session voltage and power trends across time to estimate battery health and flag abnormal behavior or degradation. A web and mobile interface presents map-based station status, reliability indicators, smart routing and battery-health warnings thereby improving charging confidence, operational transparency and preventive maintenance.
