Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL-TIME MONITORING AND PERSONAL ASSISTANCE UTILIZING A WEARABLE DEVICE The present invention relates to a system for real-time monitoring and personal assistance for individuals affected by neurological disorders. The system comprises a wearable device and a remote unit. The wearable device is designed to be worn by the patient. The remote unit is operated by one or more caregivers. The wearable device comprises a location tracking module, a health monitoring module, a face recognition module, a reminder module, an emergency alert module, a communication module and a user interface. The remote unit comprises a mobile application interface, an alert management module, a location monitoring module, a data storage module, and a configuration module. The system continuously monitors physiological parameters and location, generates alerts upon detection of abnormal conditions or geofence breaches, and provides cognitive assistance through reminders and face identification. The communication module enables adaptive data transmission and supports cloud-based storage and remote access for caregivers.
