In the first stage, a processor (202) obtains data from database5 associated with a charging station. Data comprises a location of a charging station, a status of the charging station, a booking data of the charging station. In second stage, processor (202) recommends EV charging station to vehicle. In third stage, processor (202) monitors scheduled arrival time, actual arrival time, charging duration, and energy consumption for electric vehicle. In fourth stage, processor (202) awards a rewards or penalty points. In fifth10 stage, processor (202) notifies the user regarding the charging status and estimated time. In sixth stages, processor (202) aggregates usage of the charging station by EV and reward data of the EV to enable operator for modifying reward schemes dynamically.
