Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WEARABLE FACIAL REFERENCE MEASUREMENT AND MULTI-PLANE ALIGNMENT The present invention is generally related to a system and process for the measuring and aligning of a face using a wearable and spectacle mounted device for prosthodontic analysis and other purposes. The system includes a support frame to be worn by the person on their face, a vertical measurement means for providing measurements in relation to the face, a plurality of horizontally adjustability means which serve to provide reference points for aligning with specific landmarks, and a movable facial indicator for indicating the facial mid-line as well as other reference points. An adjustment and locking means are provided to secure these elements in a particular position. Furthermore, there is provided a multi-planar alignment means for providing vertical, horizontal, and sagittal reference planes for analysis of the spatial arrangement of the face. Fig.3
