Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method of calorimetric fingerprinting of plasma using dark chemical matter for cancer classification. The invention uses dark chemical matter (DCM) compound as an inert probe to generate calorimetric fingerprints of human plasma. The probe interacts weakly and non-specifically with plasma components, and the resulting thermodynamic response is recorded through isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). These calorimetric profiles are processed into enthalpic fingerprints analyzed via machine learning algorithms for classification into cancerous, benign, or healthy states.
