Abstract: A SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PREVENTING CRASH WITH A DOOR OF AN AUTOMOBILE The present disclosure explains a system of preventing crash with a door of an 5 automobile. The system comprises the following. A door locking and unlocking mechanism (103) provided for locking and/or unlocking the door of the automobile. A sensor (105) is operatively connected to the door locking and unlocking mechanism (103) for detecting an unlocking of each door. A laser emitter (109) is mounted on a left and a right side on the automobile. A 10 microcontroller (107) is connected to the sensor (105) and the laser emitter (109). The microcontroller (107) controls switching ON and/or OFF of the laser emitter (109) on the left side and/or right side based on detection of the unlocking of doors and identification of side of the door being unlocked. The laser emitter (109) emits laser light on the road surface on the side of the unlocking of the door 15 of the automobile.
