MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541002590 A) filed by Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute Of Technology And on January 11, 2025, for A System And Method To Secure Health Hub With Blockchain Enhancement.

Abstract: The Secured Health Hub is built on Ethereum to adhere to the encryption of patient’s records to enhance security. It is also possible to avoid unauthorized access to the data and their modification because data is stored in the blocks’ chains. The application allows the patient to schedule appointments or consult with the doctor while the administrator schedules doctors and patients. This approach is intended to establish a credible mechanism of managing medical data in order to improve the reliability of medical information and security of data in a health care setting. Blockchain eliminates the monopoly of information by decentralizing the entire network and making the environment more safe and secure for the users of the healthcare sector.
