Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a system (100) and method for adaptive allocation of transactional resources and controlled execution of transactions in high-demand environments. The system (100) is configured to regulate transaction admission, scheduling, and execution within a distributed network environment to address resource contention, system overload, and concurrent transaction processing. The system (100) comprises a computing device (102) having a processor (104), a memory (106), and plurality of modules (110) configured for transaction admission control, intent processing, commit–reveal security processing, adaptive allocation, behavior analysis, time-sliced execution control, and resource reallocation. The system (100) collectively processes transaction requests independent of request arrival order and dynamically regulates allocation and execution based on processor load, request queue depth, transaction completion status, and behavioral inputs. The system (100) improves transaction throughput stability, resource utilization, and concurrent transaction execution performance under high-concurrency conditions.
