The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides a system (100) for analysing milk quality. The system (100) has a first controller unit (110). A second controller unit (120) communicatively coupled with the first controller unit (110) through a serial communication interface. A pH sensing module (130) operatively coupled with the first controller unit (110) and configured to generate a pH signal representative of acidity of a milk sample. A temperature sensing module (140) operatively coupled with the first controller unit (110) and configured to generate a temperature signal representative of temperature of the milk sample. A fat estimation module (150) operatively coupled with the first controller unit (110), the fat estimation module (150) comprising a light source and a light dependent resistor configured to determine fat-related opacity of the milk sample based on transmitted light intensity. A color sensing module (160) operatively coupled with the first controller unit (110).
