Abstract: The present invention discloses system (100) for continuous IoT and cloud-based patient health monitoring and alerting. The system (100) comprises a biomedical sensing unit (102) configured to acquire physiological parameters, a microcontroller unit (104) for processing and digitizing the acquired data, and a communication module (106) for transmitting the data over a wireless network to a cloud server (108). A data processing engine (110) associated with the cloud server (108) performs real-time analysis and anomaly detection, and an alert system (112) generates notifications upon detection of abnormal conditions. A user interface module (114) enables remote monitoring and visualization of patient data, while a power module (116) ensures continuous operation. The synergistic integration of sensing, processing, communication, and cloud analytics enables real-time, continuous monitoring with reduced latency and improved diagnostic accuracy, thereby enhancing remote healthcare delivery and early medical intervention.
