Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system (104) and method (300) for generating alerts related to objects within a vehicle (102). The system (104) detects an action_event based on a trigger from one or more sensors (106). The action_event corresponds to either an entry or an exit of a user. In response to the detected action_event, the system (104) instructs one or more image capturing units (112) to capture images of predefined storage areas within the vehicle (102). The captured images are analyzed using an object detection mechanism (108) to detect the presence or absence of objects. The system (104) provides a first alert to the user when objects are detected during an exit event and a second alert when objects are not detected during an entry event. Additionally, the AI model is trained to dynamically update a frequent_object table, improving detection accuracy over time.
