Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) for hybrid free-space optical (FSO) and radio-frequency (RF) communication with autonomous communication control. The system includes a processing unit (10), a hybrid transceiver (40), an optical receiver (50), an RF receiver (60), a neuromorphic processor (70), and a central aggregator (80). The processing unit (10) processes channel-condition data and RF signal data to generate a predictive control output for communication-mode selection and a disturbance indication. Based on predicted optical degradation, the hybrid transceiver (40) is operated in optical-only, RF-only, or hybrid transmission modes. The neuromorphic processor (70) detects signal disturbances and generates transmission control signals to modify transmission parameters for anti-jamming operation. The optical receiver (50) and RF receiver (60) provide received data to the central aggregator (80), which reconstructs payload data and generates feedback model-update parameters. The system (100) enables reliable data communication through predictive handover and interference mitigation.
