Abstract: A system is disclosed for georeferenced laser projection of blasting layouts using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) positioning and image feedback. The system includes a UAV equipped with a laser projector, Real-time kinematic positioning (RTK) with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) or RTK-GNSS, and IMU modules, a downward-facing camera, and terrain-ranging sensors. The UAV projects digital blast-hole layouts or grids directly onto the ground according to geospatial coordinates. Real-time image feedback and terrain data enable closed-loop correction of the UAV’s position and laser aim to ensure ce-lentvimel eaterlignment accuracy. The method allows rapid visualization and verification of blast designs without manual marking, compensating for surface irregularities and environmental variations. The system improves drilling precision, operational safety, and efficiency in open-pit mining and blasting applications. The figure related to the abstract is FIG. 1.
