Abstract: [051] The present invention relates to a system for mission-assured proof-of-decision controlled execution of agent-generated critical infrastructure supply chain operations. The system includes an execution-control gateway positioned between autonomous agents and critical supply chain execution endpoints. The gateway receives a proposed supply chain action, converts or verifies the action into a bounded typed operation plan, classifies mission criticality, validates the plan using deterministic validators, generates a structured proof-of-decision token, and routes the action through an adaptive autonomy router before execution. The proof-of- decision token records validation outcomes, telemetry freshness, policy version, schema version, mission risk, reversibility, human assurance status, replay calibration score, fallback instruction, and integrity value. Based on the token, the gateway permits autonomous execution, assistive execution, human review, blocked execution, delayed execution, or safe fallback execution. The invention prevents unsafe direct autonomous execution caused by stale telemetry, schema drift, policy mismatch, degraded network conditions, or high-risk transaction context and improves safety, auditability, compliance, and resilience in mission-critical supply chain infrastructures.
