The system also includes a pre-processing module (104) configured to standardize the received MRI scans. The system also includes a feature extraction module (106) configured to automatically extract discriminative imaging features. The system also includes a feature fusion module (108) configured to combine features obtained from the plurality of deep convolutional neural networks. The system also includes a dimensionality reduction module (110) configured to optimize the unified feature representation. The system also includes a classification module (112) configured to classify the reduced feature vectors into different stages of Alzheimer’s disease. The system also includes a prediction and visualization module (114) configured to generate a diagnostic output indicating a predicted stage of Alzheimer’s disease and corresponding evaluation metrics.
