MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641080212 A) filed by Teamwin Global Technologica Pvt Ltd on June 29, 2026, for A System For Protecting Artificial-Intelligence Model Weights Through Cryptographic Subscription Enforcement.
Inventor includes Mohan Kumar Siramdasu.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: A SYSTEM FOR PROTECTING ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE MODEL WEIGHTS THROUGH CRYPTOGRAPHIC SUBSCRIPTION ENFORCEMENT The present disclosure relates to a system, a method, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium for protecting artificial-intelligence model weights through cryptographic subscription enforcement. The system includes a graphics processor (102) defining a volatile graphics-processor memory block (402) configured to receive encrypted weights and an unwrapped data-encryption key (502). The system includes an inference server (101) electrically connected to the graphics processor (102) and configured to transmit a decrypt-weights-directly-into-graphics-processor-memory instruction to the graphics processor (102). The graphics processor (102) applies the unwrapped data-encryption key (502) to decrypt the encrypted weights directly into the volatile graphics-processor memory block (402), generating cleartext weights confined within the volatile graphics-processor memory block (402). The graphics processor (102) controls persistence of the cleartext weights to disk and to host random-access memory (301). The graphics processor (102) purges the cleartext weights residing within the volatile graphics-processor memory block (402) upon detecting power loss.
