Abstract: The present invention presents a novel Circular Economic process for the demolition of RCC building skeletons and effective management of construction demolition waste (CDW). Current practices rely on a Linear Economic model, leading to inefficient resource utilization, significant environmental damage, and minimal integration of advanced technology. The proposed process transitions to a Circular Economic model, emphasizing the upcycling of steel, cement, and aggregates for reuse in future construction projects. Utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT-enabled tools and advanced machinery, the process ensures precision, eco- friendliness, and scalability. It promotes sustainable development by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving resources, and fostering a green economy through the creation of green jobs and MSMEs. This innovative method aligns with global sustainability goals and offers a viable solution to address the challenges of urbanization and environmental conservation, ensuring a sustainable future for the construction and demolition sectors.
