The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an engine health monitoring system providing a 5 low-cost, real-time predictive diagnostic solution for internal combustion engines. The system comprises a sensor subsystem including vibration, temperature, and RPM sensors operatively coupled to a processing subsystem configured to apply multi- parameter correlation and predictive algorithms for detecting early-stage faults before major failures occur. An alert subsystem comprising LED indicators 10 and buzzers generates immediate visual and audible notifications upon fault detection, while an optional communication subsystem transmits operational information to a mobile device for remote monitoring. The system is configured as a retrofit-compatible unit suitable for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, agricultural engines, and generator sets. By continuously monitoring 15 engine conditions and applying predictive analysis, the system reduces unexpected breakdowns, extends engine lifespan, and promotes preventive maintenance practices, thereby providing improved reliability, enhanced safety, reduced operational cost, and optimized engine performance.
