Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) for secure image capture and verification. The system (100) comprises a synchronization controller (110) configured to issue synchronized capture control signals. The image capture assembly (120) comprises an RGB camera (122) and a depth sensor (124) configured to acquire RGB image data and corresponding depth data. An on-device processing unit (130) is configured to preprocess the RGB image data and corresponding depth data by calibrating, denoising, and spatially aligning the data. A structural-signature generation circuit (140) is configured to generate, from the pre- processed depth data, a three-dimensional structural signature representative of scene geometry a secure hardware module (150) isolated from a main processor and comprising protected cryptographic key storage. The module (150) being configured to generate cryptographic bindings, encrypt a protected image record, and embed capture metadata. The storage module (160) is configured to store the protected image record and an image fingerprint for verification.
