MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621097997 A) filed by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd on August 13, 2026, for A System For Zero-Prompt Gui Objective Inference And Contextual Guidance Using Non-Visual Accessibility Telemetry.
Inventors include Sharma, Pranab Kumar; and Malas, Pratik.
The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) for zero-prompt graphical user interface objective inference and contextual guidance generation using non-visual accessibility telemetry. A host computing device (102) includes a processor (104), memory (106), an input device (108), a display device (110), and an operating system (112) providing an accessibility interface (114). A separate asynchronous telemetry sidecar process (130) captures pointer-selection coordinates, retrieves corresponding graphical user interface elements, extracts semantic accessibility properties and supported Value Pattern or Toggle Pattern data, filters low-value interactions, sanitizes sensitive information, and generates non-visual semantic metadata records. A bounded rolling buffer (150) retains valid records, while a structured-data writer (152) atomically updates a local context file (156). Upon activation of a user-operable assistance trigger (162), a contextual-rendering frontend process (160) supplies the structured context to a language-model inference engine (170), renders objectives in contextual overlay (180) and presents guidance without screen-image capture.
