The system 100 comprises an input means 104, and a controller 106 in communication with the input means 104. The controller 106 comprises a preprocessing module 108 to determine a driving style and a distraction level for the driver, an environmental context module 110 to determine a traffic index, characterized in that, the controller 106 further comprises a driving context module 112 to determine a safe driving index, a cabin context module 114 to determine a driver comfort index, a driver context module 116 to determine a driver stress index, a prediction module 118 to determine an alert index, and an alerting module 120 to alert the nearby vehicles in advance based on the alert index.
