The system localizes anti infective agents near microorganisms, infected cells, inflamed tissue, or biofilm matrices and releases payload in response to infection associated pH, enzymes, redox state, or metabolites. Optional compartmentalized co-delivery and feedback reporting support improved therapeutic control, stability, and monitoring while reducing nonspecific systemic exposure.
