Abstract: The invention relates to a temperature responsive injectable drug delivery platform comprising an aqueous vehicle, a thermogelling polymeric network former, a therapeutic agent reservoir, a depot stabilizing modifier, and a release regulating excipient system. The composition remains flowable during filling and administration, then forms an in situ gel depot at physiological temperature. The formed depot retains the therapeutic agent and modulates release through diffusion, dissolution, erosion, or carrier-mediated pathways. The platform supports minimally invasive localized or sustained therapy with improved syringeability and depot integrity.
