The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic bobbin guide for textile and yarn processing industries, addressing limitations of traditional metal guides such as weight, corrosion, and cost using recyclable engineering thermoplastics like ABS and PP. The bobbin guide is disposed inside a metal bobbin to reduce central burst pressure during fabric winding, enhance durability without adding weight, and withstand wear after fabric unloading to prevent distortion. The design incorporates two to six symmetrically arranged structural ribs for mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Manufactured through precision injection molding, the guides enable complex geometries and cost-effective mass production while promoting environmental sustainability through recyclability.
